Insulation Mat Application Range and Storage Method

Insulation mats are widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, testing laboratories, and outdoor live working operations.

They should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and away from walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils. Do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight exposure.

1. Our products are made of non-polar pure rubber with excellent insulation properties, such as NR and SBR.

2. Our products do not contain inferior rubber, waste rubber, recycled rubber, or any plastic components.

3. Stable surface resistance and volume resistance, high specific gravity per unit area, good flatness, and stable physical properties.

4. Our products are resistant to acids, alkalis, oils, and high temperatures. The color schemes are elegant and aesthetically pleasing, and the power frequency withstand voltage meets national standards.

Performance of Our Insulation Mats

☞No more than 5 bubbles per square centimeter, with a distance of at least 40mm between any two bubbles; no cracks.

☞Heat air aging at 70°C for 72 hours.
